ADMISSION PROCEDURE:
1. Admission Fees will be charged for amount of
650/- only. (150/- for school registration + 500 for Gurujis Early Visiting Charges which is non-refundable)
2.
Upon Admission the student has to appear for the Entrance Test which will be conducted for 15 Min, The Date and Time will be provided
to you by the Admission Coordinator.
3.
If the student surpasses the test, then the further admission procedure will be continued, else the application will be rejected.
EXTRA CURRICULAR ACTIVITES:
1.
We celebrate all kinds of festivals and give the students a Platform to demonstrate themselves out to everyone and it’s mandatory for all the students to participate in the functions.
2. We provide Educational Trips to attend every year, where the students can grasp the vast knowledge of music.
3. We take the students to the Blood Donation Camp of ours every 3 months to enrol them in social activities .
We do other Social Activities also Such as “Swach Bharat Abhijyan” , “Save Trees, Plant Trees” Etc.
Terms and Conditions :
1. Upon Admission to the music school, you agree to attend the classes every week at allocated time.
2. For instrumental classes , the student has to bring their own Instruments.
3. No Classes will be held on Government Holidays and no compensation will be provided.
4. If you are disconnected from the school system i.e (Not attending classes , Not paid regular class fees) then you will be not considered as a student of our school and have to do readmission and you will be charged 1000/- for it.
5. No Phones will be allowed in the class room and has to be submitted at the front desk/Coordinator.
6. Student has to come to the class in uniform only, else his/her class will be dismissed for that day.
7. Parent teacher Meeting will be held every month and it’s mandatory for the parents to attend it.
8. The Student has to practice his/hers Homework and send it in WhatsApp to GURUJI every day else if progress is not there it will not be the school's responsibility.
9. The Payment to be paid in advance either by Cash/Card/Net banking/Google pay/Paytm.
10. The Payment has to be paid before 5th of every month after admission, else Daily Penalties of rupees 20/- will be levied extra on the fees for next 10 Days. The fees date is from Month to Month and no carry forwards will be entertained. No information regarding classes will be provided until the fee of the particular month is cleared.
11. Classes missed by the school will be compensated and will be informed beforehand. Classes missed by the Student will not be compensated and will be their responsibility. If the student is joining in the middle of the month, then the student has to complete fees for the remaining classes only during admission. If the student is joining in End of the month, then the class will start from the next month onwards.
12. It’s Mandatory for the student to participate in all kinds of functions held in the institution and it will be charged separately.
13. The continuity of fees payment shall be maintained even though the student is on a holiday. Once it breaks readmission procedure shall be carried out and readmission charges will be 1000/-.
In case in future, if any changes to be made or new terms and conditions to be added, it will be informed to you in an early period of time.
If you are satisfied with the terms and conditions then you can proceed with the fees payment to register for the test.
